Can I still publish with Institute of Physics if I don't want to publish open access?

Yes. Where and how you choose to publish is your decision. The IOP agreement does not require open access publishing or constrain your journal selection. Instead, it makes open access publishing a fee-free option for UAlbany authors in eligible IOP journals. It is your choice as the corresponding author whether you would like to take advantage of this agreement’s benefits or not.
