You can deposit your scholarship to Scholars Archive at any time.  

For work that falls under the Open Access Policy, which applies to the accepted manuscript version of a work, we recommend you consider submitting it when the work has been accepted by the publisher since some authors lose track of this version. You will simply notify the publisher of the policy when signing the final publishing agreement.  

For scholarship that falls outside the scope of the policy, the Scholarly Communication Team will work with you on identifying when and how you can share your work in Scholars Archive. Just get in touch; we're here to help.
