Do I need to acknowledge the use of AI in my scholarly research, for example through citation?

Answer

Before you begin scholarly research, verify if and how you are allowed to use generative AI in your work. If AI-generated content is permitted, then you must appropriately cite the AI-generated content in your work according to the instructor’s or publisher’s guidance, following the appropriate citation style.
