Does the library provide funding for Article Processing Charges (APCs)?

Answer

The University Libraries do not currently provide funding for individual article processing charges; however, the Cambridge University Press, Institute of Physics, and American Chemical Society “read and publish” agreements covers the APCs their respective journal lists at no cost to the UAlbany author, provided the work meets the agreement requirements.
