What is the Cambridge University Press publishing agreement?

Effective January 1, 2023, UAlbany researchers can publish their work open access in Cambridge University Press (CUP) journals without paying the Article Processing Charge (APC). In addition, UAlbany faculty, students, and staff will have online access to the full suite of over 400 Cambridge journals. This “read-and-publish" agreement is the first of its kind the Libraries has established.
