What information literacy courses does the library offer and who can take them?

Answer

The Information Literacy department offers credit-bearing information literacy courses. Several of these are offered to meet the needs of students in particular majors, including UUNL207x (philosophy, Korean studies), UUNL299 (mathematics and statistics) and UUNL/APSY395T (psychology). However, two courses are open to students regardless of major: UUNL205x (a generic information literacy course) and UUNL207x, Information Literacy in the Humanities and Arts (though the work done in the course can be adapted to other types of majors). Both are one credit quarter-long courses.
