1. 24/7 Chat Service:
- Click the yellow "Ask Us" button on the library's website
- Or visit our Reference Ask Us homepage (https://albany.libanswers.com)
- UAlbany librarians are available during business hours
- After hours, you'll be connected with librarians from other institutions
2. Ask Us by Email:
- Send us a question by email: askus@albany.libanswers.com
- We answer emails during business hours
3. Schedule an Appointment:
- Book a 60-minute research consultation and choose between virtual (Zoom) or in-person appointments
4. Online Tutorials:
- Access self-paced tutorials on topics like research skills, citation, and more
