Q. How do I register for a new SciFinderⁿ Account?

New Users must set up an account. This is not optional. 

REGISTRATION

1. Go to UAlbany's CAS SciFinderⁿ Registration Site
   To access the registration site, you must be a current authorized UAlbany faculty, student or staff member and have a valid NetID and password.
    
2. Create Your Account
   Once you're at UAlbany's CAS SciFinderⁿ Registration Site, register your name, address, UAlbany e-mail account (@albany.edu). You will be asked to create your own user name and password that is separate from your UAlbany NetID and password (although you may choose to use your UAlbany NetID and password). Your user name and password must be kept confidential and not shared with any other person, UA-affiliated or not.
