Q. I have been asked to write a faculty letter of support for a student. What should that letter include, and where should I send it?

When writing a letter of support, please describe how the student displayed outstanding research abilities.  You should also attest to the quality of the project and the student’s understanding of the field and its significance within the field.

You may send the letter to the student so that they can upload it along with their other submission documents. Alternatively, you may email the letter to libprize@albany.edu.
