The Library staff cannot help with fixing your personal computer. However, the ITS desk can offer basic troubleshooting assistance. The ITS Help Desk is located in the University Library lobby.
ITS also provides some self-help options via their knowledge base, AskIT. If you are unable to resolve your issue, you can submit a help ticket, email, or call ITS.
