Q. I can log in to a database or e-journal, but the site isn't working or I get error messages.

Sometimes there are technical problems with the database or e-journal. These are not usually issues that University Libraries can address on their own, but issues on the provider's end. 

If you think this is the case, please report it to University Libraries so we can contact the provider and get the issue resolved.

1. First, check the Current Status of our systems to see if this problem is one we are already aware of.  
2. If the issue has not already been reported, let us know by using Ask Us to chat with a librarian, or submit a ticket / question.
