It depends on what level of noise you are comfortable with.  The libraries are zoned to provide a variety of study styles.  

 

  Collaborative Zones

  • Collaborative learning
  • Converse in normal tones
  • Use headphones with devices

  Quiet Zones

  • Occasional quiet discussion
  • Cell phone conversation not permitted—set your phone to vibrate

  Silent Zones

  • Strictly for silent study
  • No Conversations
  • Silence your devices and use headphones
