Can I pickup a holdshelf item for someone else?
They asked me to pick up their books and I have their ID card.
Answer
You cannot pick up another patron's holdshelf item. However you can have the patron complete a Proxy Form so that you will have this privilege in the future. Proxy Forms are available at the circulation desk.
